We're starting our day by visiting the massive Chronicles of Georgia Monument built to celebrate Georgia's history and religious dedication! Afterwards, we'll take a walking tour of the charming Old Town of Tbilisi, hidden gems and all. Afterwards, you'll have some free time before preparing your rhythm for a Georgian dance lesson! We’ll dive into the foundational steps of traditional folk dances—a true staple of any Georgian celebration. To cap off the day, we'll go explore some of Tbilisi's nightlife together.

Today we're taking a scenic drive to Kazbegi which sits amongst the mountain backdrop. We'll stop at Ananuri Fortress and the Russian-Georgian Friendship monument for incredible views. Once we arrive, we'll hop in a 4x4 and drive to the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church. Afterward, it's time to slow down and soak in the mountains as you saddle up for a peaceful horse ride through the Caucasus Mountains. When we're done, we'll enjoy a cozy night in the town.

We'll have a slow morning before heading back to Tbilisi. Then, prepare your hands and stomach for a Georgian cooking class! We'll learn how to make the delicious soup dumplings and cheesy khachapuri. You'll have free time in Tbilisi afterwards.

We have two options for you today: enjoy a free day in Tbilisi or join an included day trip to Sighnaghi.
Perhaps the most charming place on our trip, Sighnaghi sits overlooking the gorgeous valley with a stunning mountain backdrop. This town sits in the Kakheti region, otherwise known as the wine region of Georgia. Explore the cobblestone streets that offer quiet moments and encounters with friendly locals. We'll visit Bodbe Monastery and the Great Wall of Georgia, followed by a unique wine-tasting experience!
If you decide to stay in Tbilisi, there are many options for what you can do. From soaking in the natural sulfur baths, to exploring the Holy Trinity Cathedral, to the Georgia National Museum, you can choose what you interests you most.

Today we are visiting the largest cave city in Georgia: Vardzia Cave City, a 12th-century cave monastery complex founded by Queen Tamar. Come face to face with Georgia's ancient past as you walk through dwellings and halls carved directly into the rocky cliffs overlooking the valley. Then, wander through a restored 9th-century castle complex in Rabati featuring a blend of Orthodox, Islamic, and Ottoman architectural influences with sweeping views over Akhaltsikhe.
On our way back, we'll stop for our farewell dinner!

Say Goodbye to being treated like cattle. One of the best parts of our trips is small group sizes. We strive to have no more than 15 travelers on a single trip. This means that you are able to develop deeper connections with the others joining you.

Georgia features a highly varied climate with four seasons, ranging from subtropical on the Black Sea coast to continental in the eastern plains.
